Dick
Rhinehart

Co-founder
of Ayre/Rhinehart Realtors, Dick has a broad and successful background in
residential and investment real estate. Dick attended Oberlin College and Central Michigan University.
Licensed since 1969, he received his Michigan Real Estate Brokers
License in 1972. He is a
Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), is a Certified Residential
Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Residential Broker (CRB). Dick has also completed several national level residential and
investment real estate courses.
Dick
is a member of the Midland Board of realtors, having served as past
president and past director, and has been an active member and chairperson
of numerous committees. The
Board of Realtors honored Dick as "Realtor of the Year" in 1982
and he has been the recipient of several "Sales Achievement"
awards.
Other
memberships include the Michigan Association of Realtors, National
Association of Realtors, member and past director of the Midland Area
Chamber of Commerce, Midland BPOE #1610 and Midland Country Club.
