Badger is a graduate of Albion College and holds a B.A. in Economics and Management, with concentrations in accounting and finance.  He has continued his education by attending numerous real estate seminars.  These include advanced topics such as: Real Estate Exchanges, Advanced Marketing Strategies, and Superior Business Development.

Badger uses his expertise to assist residential buyers and sellers.  He has also developed commercial and investment real estate as a further specialty.  In addition, he publishes two neighborhood real estate monthly newsletters, the Northeast News and the Adams Acres Gazette, with a combined circulation of over 1200.

Badger's professional memberships include the Midland Board of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  He is an active member of the Midland Area Chamber of Commerce, having served on the Ambassadors Club, Membership Committee, and currently on the Business Expo Facilities Committee.  In 1989, Badger was recognized as the Chamber's "Ambassador of the Year".  Badger and his wife, Julie, reside in Midland.
