Marie "Ronnie" McQuaid
Realtor®,CRS, GRI,
RAM
Rose Marie ("Ronnie") has been active in the real
estate industry for 50 years. She is a graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI),
the University of Michigan Real Estate Program (RAM), Saginaw Valley State
University and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). The Midland Board
of Realtors honored Ronnie as "Realtor Associate of the Year" in
1971 and "Realtor of the Year" in 1976 and 1984. She has also
received 24 "Sales Achievement" awards.
Ronnie is currently a member of the Midland Board
of Realtors (past officer), Michigan Board of Realtors, National Board of
Realtors and more. The Midland Board of Realtors recognized Ronnie for her
outstanding community involvement with the "Community Service
Award" in 1988 and 1991. She served on the Governor's Commission of
Substance Abuse for which she received a special tribute from the Governor
and State Legislature.

As a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, Ronnie
served as a past CCD Teacher for 17 years, was past member of Blessed
Sacrament Parish Council, Catholic Family Services of Midland and the
Diocese Human Services Commission. She presently serves as Eucharistic
Minister, Homebound Minister and lay presider. She is a current member of
the League of Women Voters, Volunteers for Recycling and Citizens in
Probation.
