Gwen has been successfully marketing homes and
other properties since 1974 when she obtained her real estate license and
moved to Midland. 2004 marked Gwen's 30th year as a Realtor with the
Midland Board of Realtors and her 15th year with Ayre/Rhinehart Realtors.
Her consistent, outstanding performance has earned her numerous sales
awards including the Board of Realtors "Star Award".
Gwen offers a broad knowledge base in all aspects
of real estate and is committed to providing her clients and customers
with the most up-to-date information and developments in the real estate
field. As a result, continuing education is a priority and Gwen earned her
GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute) designation in 1979 as well as her CRS
(Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 1992. In addition, she
has successfully completed courses in commercial and investment real
estate, real estate law and many other educational seminars.
Her professional memberships include the Midland
Board of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors and the National
Association of Realtors.
