Tyler comes to Ayre/Rhinehart with more than 20 years of experience in the housing industry. His initial experience began with his grandfather, Earl Bennett, the founder of Earl D. Bennett Construction. Tyler broadened his experience in construction with investment properties, both residential and commercial. The next step for Tyler was a real estate license followed by his own Brokers license. Tyler holds a Michigan Builders License as well as an Associate Brokers license. He has been an active member of the business community, serving as a board member for the Home Builders Association of Midland, participating in the ESA Career Showcase and mentoring youth through the AADP and Disability Network of Mid-Michigan program.
A native of Midland, Tyler, his wife Carrie and their three children are actively involved at the Living Word Church. Tyler is annually involved in overseas projects to improve living conditions in other countries.
